And can we get her more fanatic followers to follow?

I was relieved to hear that Hillary plans to concede on Friday and–more importantly–she will support Obama’s White House bid. With this, she has moved just a few rungs higher up on my respect ladder. Not much, but it’s a start.

I just wish that a certain fanatic faction of her followers will wise up and also do the right thing. I’ve heard from several groups of more militant Clintonians that, if Hillary lost the nomination, they would vote for McCain. Why? To teach those of us that had not supported her a lesson?

Come on, please tell me this was just heated campaign talk. Please tell me you are not seriously thinking about tanking this election out of revenge. Please tell me you are not that vengeful as to essentially give us a third Bush term in the form of John McCain. If you don’t know what I mean, just do some research.

I hope that these people follow the example of (oh I can’t believe I’m about to say this) Hillary Clinton and supports their party’s candidate. No matter how unfair they think it was that she lost, she still lost under the rules of the DNC. So buck up boys and girls. It’s time to beat McCain and ultimately end the Bush reign.
