My Nephew’s Film Featured at NYC Festival

I am a very proud uncle right now

My nephew Nick Wager set out to make a film with a few of his friends last summer. Since he’s always been interested in film making, this seemed like it would be fun for him. Well the fun just got seriously cool for this talented 13 year-old.

The New York International Independent Film and Video Festival (NYIIFVF) has added his short film ‘A Young Skater’s Life’ to this year’s event in NYC. I’m very proud and I think everyone who knows me—or anyone else in the NYC are who wants to support creativity in youth—needs to come and show some love.

Sunday 12th Nov. 2006 10:10 PM
Village East Cinemas (Screen 6)

Nick’s film will be the last in a series of shorts. Don’t complain about the time … remember … they’re short films!
