NJ Transit's Need for Clarity

There is a problem with NJ Transit. Despite the fact that they do a decent job of filling the need for a good rail system here in New Jersey, they do a lousy job of offering logical, easy to follow schedules.

Tomorrow morning I fly out of JFK Airport in NYC for a weekend in Miami Beach. It's the first time I'm flying since the new list of restricted items has been implemented by the TSA. I have to say, the list makes little sense to me.

NYC Transit Strike: Day 3
Just call me Nostradamus! Did I call it or what? Let's see … $1,000,000 a day … $3,500,000 in the bank … oh look the strike is over on day three! The union today voted overwhelmingly to return to the negotiations and to their jobs.

I Hate Tourists!
I need to vent here for a moment
OK … so it wasn't bad enough that I had to wait for the bus in the rain for 20 minutes today. When we pulled up to the last stop before the Lincoln Tunnel, a small group of Italian tourists tried to come aboard. They had to be explained the concept of 'exact change'.
