How the program has helped them: Julio and Rafael will both tell you that they no longer feel like they are 'big/little brother' to one another; they feel like they are family. They share an amazing bond and say they are each other's best friend. Rafael wanted a Big Brother for a positive male relationship and he has gotten that and a lot more. Julio said he wanted to make a difference in a child’s life….boy has he ever!
