The 14th installment of the annual Wilmington Exchange Festival (WE Fest) will once again take place in Wilmington, NC at the Soapbox Laundrolounge (255 N Front St) from 5/27 – 5/31/2010.
Organizers are looking for film submissions. The deadline for all submissions is 5/1/2010. Details below:
