I wasn't allowed to play Triominos with the rest of the kids, but I had a camera and plenty of booze to keep myself preoccupied.

I wasn't allowed to play Triominos with the rest of the kids. Now this basement room at Bohemian Hall (29-19 24th Ave, Astoria) really reminded me of summer camp. Unlike camp, I had a camera and booze to keep myself preoccupied. I was allowed to play Texas Hold 'Em … One hand. I lost. But nothing was wagered.
