Create Your Own Public Service Announcement Video

In 2009, we had a ton of talented folks submit Public Service Announcements. For 2010, we want even more. And we want you. It’s simple…

Record a short video. You can stage it however you please, but we do insist that you stick to this simple script:

“Women’s Rights are Human Rights.
If you don’t understand this, then you are clueless”

NOTE: The phrase “you are clueless” is a play on the fact that event organizer Nelson Pla is from the band clueLess.

UPDATE: If you need me to come to you to record the video, contact me and we can try to make the arrangements.

If you have the ability to create and edit the video yourself, it can be staged or produced anyway you’d like. The only restriction are:

– That short script needs to be included verbatim
– No video or music that you do not have permission to use
– Credits should be included so we know who made and/or is in the video
– Details about the show should be included as part of the credits:

   Maxwell’s Hoboken, NJ

Deadline:
I’d like to have the videos posted by March 21, 2010. However, if you need more time, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

Delivery Option 1:
Post it on your own YouTube channel and send me the link. I will then add either the link or embed code wherever possible and add it as a favorite on my YouTube channel (youtube.com/sbcea).

Delivery Option 2:
If you need me to edit the video and/or do not have a YouTube account, send it to me thru a free, large-file transfer service like sendspace.com. If you need to do it that way, contact me and I’ll send you my email address.

Videos will be edited together and posted on YouTube (youtube.com/sbcea).
