I consider myself to be fairly bright. I can add 2+2. I can spell things correctly at least 50% of the time without the aid of spellcheck. My sense of direction sucks, but I’ve been known to read a map or two in my time.
However, this morning I was faced with a dilemma upon discovering this odd Post-It note tacked to one of my office windows. I just stood and stared at it, scrambling to access my universal translator. It took a bit of doing, but with the help of my friend Devin, the code was cracked.
Translation:
To Whom it May Concern,
Warning! Please do not remove this note. The maintenance crew is in the process of repairing the windows in this office. Opening this particular window before the repairs are completed is not advised. The building’s superintendent will let you know when it is once again safe to open this window. We thank you for your patience.Sincerely,
