Lymbyc Systym is the experimental brainchild of brothers Mike and Jared Bell. They will immerse your ears and mind in a pool of movement and mood by blending electronics and acoustics with this somewhat skewed perspective on reality.
Their production style was as unique as the resulting music. Working separately, they would exchange their samples and snippets over long distances, each adding his own touch. Building, looping, changing.
Anna Threlkel’s video takes Bedroom Anthem to new depths. The visuals acting as the words on this wordless journey. Memory. Regret. Wanting. Loss. Well, maybe that’s just me. Maybe for you it’s different. And maybe that’s alright.
