My reaction to an email received on 09/19/01
OK, I understand the anger regarding the fact that so many terrorists were, are now and very likely will continue to be funded and trained by our own government. However, we must refrain from hateful statements that appear in the following email such as:
- “Connect the Dots”
- “We must first clean house of all the Islamists brought into this country”
- “Remember: every Muslim is not a terrorist but, every terrorist has been a Muslim”
I have two words for you my friend … “Timothy McVeigh”
It is an unfortunate fact that many people of many ethnic and religious make-ups have tried to do just what was done last week. Other groups that have committed acts of terror both here and abroad include The Freeman, The IRA, The KKK, The Mafia and inner-city street gangs to name just a few.
This is why, whatever war is to come of this will be the most difficult to fight and win. This will be a war where we will not know who the enemy is. However, if we keep spreading these types of anti-Muslim or anti-anyone sentiments, then the enemy will be ourselves.

PENETRATION BY INVITATION:
Connect the Dots

From information we knew and that coming in, we Americans invited in and, in some cases, trained our enemies. For years we have been training pilots from many Arab countries at our military bases in America and overseas. Our naive U.S. State Department thought that we were making friends. Some of the thinking was that those we trained would rise up in the military and political ranks of their countries and be America’s secret friends at high levels.
Reports coming in state that several of the suicide pilots trained not only in private flying schools in Florida but also at U.S. military schools and Naval Air training bases.
Apparently, radical Islamists have been carefully placed at many levels in our society – with careful deliberation. This could only have occurred with assistance of the State Department and our U.S. Intelligence Agencies. From military bases through to cells established in most large American universities, Islamists inserted themselves as sleeper agents. These are Muslim militants who understood their future role of undermining their host country when the call came.
19 known suicide terrorists and pilots hijacked 4 commercial American jets, crashed into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and were crashed (probably by the passengers) into an empty field in Pennsylvania. Several of these pilots and terrorists have been reportedly housed by the families they used which they set up to establish as cover and safe houses here in America. Ostensibly, the large Muslim community here in America, were used unknowingly (some knowingly) as background camouflage for radical Islamists.
I recall writing about leading Palestinian terrorists being invited to Washington by the State Department who tasked the FBI to escort them around the capital.
Reports from the SUNDAY TELEGRAPH (London) state that Israeli Mossad officials traveled to Washington last month to urgently warn the CIA and FBI that a cell of up to 200 terrorists was planning a major operation in America. They specifically warned their counterparts in Washington that “large-scale attacks on highly visible targets on the American mainland were imminent.” This linked the plot to Osama Bin Laden and told the Americans that there were “strong grounds” for suspecting Iraqi involvement. THIS ALERT WAS IGNORED!
It is now more widely well-known that Muslims were recruited by the CIA to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan through the Egyptian radical Islamic Fundamentalist Sheik Abdel Al Rahman who is now serving a life sentence for his role in the first bombing of the World Trade Center on February 26,1993. These terrorists we trained were allowed into America after the Afghan War. We trained them in every method of terrorism and counter insurgency available: sabotage, terror, use of shoulder-fired U.S. Stinger missiles, communications and intelligence.
These Muslims were easily recruited to fight the Russians but they hated the West just as much. We gave them the training, weapons and the materials to effectively use terror to bring down governments far larger than themselves. (If our military is tasked to go into Afghanistan, U.S. pilots will be facing our own Stinger missiles.)
Evidently, there were Americans in the highest levels of our successive presidential administrations who thought that they knew best what our foreign policy should be and worked (while in office and after), ostensibly, as an illegal shadow government. They had friends and business connections throughout the Arab world. Oil leases, trade, sale of weapons in the Billions of dollars were all powerful addictions.
CONNECT THE DOTS
Perhaps it would be worthwhile for a retrospective look at why then Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger, the State Department and the Intelligence community went ballistic when Jonathan Pollard told the Israelis that Iraq, Syria and other Arab countries were preparing gas and chemical weapons. This man, who was falsely labeled a traitor, blew the whistle and blew the cover off something U.S. Naval Intelligence knew for some time. It was Caspar Weinberger and Bobby Ray Inman who cut off the transfer to Israel of such vital intelligence which had been mandated by prior M.O.U.’s (Memorandums of Understanding), signed by a succession of prior American Presidents. It would appear that this shadow government hidden below the radar of Congress, was running a program of questionable legality with rogue Arab nations. We appear to be paying a horrendous price for cutting Israeli Intelligence out of our loop in deference to Arab nations.
In “THE SECRET WAR AGAINST THE JEWS” John Loftus maintains that Pollard blew the cover off the Iran-Contra Affair fully one year before it surfaced publicly – because in 1984 he spotted shipments of arms and thought they were going to a major PLO base in Yemen. Neither Pollard nor the government of Israel was aware that they had smashed [then Vice President] George Bush’s first shipment of arms to Iran to ransom American hostages in Lebanon. The summer of 1984 Greek shipment was a dagger over George Bush’s head.”
Perhaps this explains Pollard’s unprecedented life sentence, his subsequent years of solitary confinement and the refusal to grant his release to time served. This might also explain the almost hysterical threats by CIA Director to resign if Pollard were released. Look for the name of Joseph Di Genova, the prosecuting attorney for the Justice Department in 1986 and his close connections to Cap Weinberger, George Bush, Sr., James Baker, et al.
As long ago as 1979, Bush and the British had an arrangement to pool their intelligence resources to wage a common fight against a common foe – terrorism – but Jews were not allowed to participate. (4 – p. 405) During the Gulf War, Israel was frozen out of the allied Coalition despite being the target of 39 Iraqi SCUDs and having the capability to take out Saddam’s SCUD launchers. Perhaps if Israel had been given the IFF (Identify Friend & Foe) codes, she might have stopped the SCUDs and the American Marines from Pennsylvania who were hit in Saudi Arabia by Saddam’s last SCUD would still be alive.
Apparently, with the help of the U.S. State Department and multi-national corporations with the power to sway government policy, America has been saturated with moles, sleepers and Islamists dedicated to destroying the American nation. Our Intelligence sources either knowingly or blindly, employed double agents, dedicated to Islam and their respective nations, most on the Congressional List of State-Sponsored Terrorists.
We invited penetration and the rape of our society by the very institutions of governments we counted upon to protect us. They may not have been intentionally involved in subverting the security of our nation, but the bottom line is that is what happened through arrogance and greed for oil.
When President George Bush, Sr. issued a waiver, or what amounts to a pre-pardon if indicted, to his entire Cabinet at the beginning of the Gulf War, every warning bell and whistle in the Congress should have gone off. Congress should have been asking officials like Brent Scowcroft, exactly what does this cover? Did it include transfer of weapons, missiles and more?
Later, (when he was no longer with the Justice Department), no one asked Joseph Di Genova, who was appointed by the Justice Department at the behest of Sec. of State James Baker as special investigative counsel the following: Why did you strip every computer in the White House of its hard drive and confiscate all the floppy diskettes before the change of administrations to Bill Clinton? Why did you strip all of Air Force One Aircraft of all their electronic memory? Why would Papa Bush and James Baker want an erasure (if this was done) of all prior directives before they left office?
Where is all of that vital information now? It was supposed to be sequestered at the FBI – but none of this information which might have given continuity and intelligence about our enemies has ever surfaced. Does it exist? Was it erased or altered as happened to the Nixon tapes? Will the Media or Congress now want to review the material in connection with the September 11th events?
Such records would have most certainly shed light on our present relationships with Iraq, Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Afghanistan, et al? Would those records further delineate the reasons why and how our government has been penetrated by radical Islamists at the highest levels whose goals include the defeat of America as they aim for world domination? Would the connections between Caspar Weinberger, Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia and former CIA Director, VP and President George Bush, Sr. surface to embarrass these gentlemen?
At the moment, there is a massive PR effort underway to focus all the blame for September 11th s attack against America primarily on Osama Bin Laden. No doubt, as a radical Islamist, he played a major role in the quadruple hijacking and bombing of the World Trade Center and Pentagon, murdering as many 10,000 innocent men, women and children. But, he is visibly only the tip of a very corrupt and rotten iceberg. The trail can be back-tracked to Iraq, Syria, Iran and the entire world of Yassir Arafat’s numerous terrorist movements. Presumably, if we continue backtracking, we may find high-level Americans serving as enablers while both in and out of the U.S. government.
If the Afghanis turn over Bin Laden, will President Bush go back to sleep and leave the entire network in place? At this time, we Americans through President George W., are inviting these very same Terror States and entities to take cover in a Coalition supposedly being assembled to root out Global Terror. Once safely hidden in the Coalition, President Bush will not have to touch them in his proclaimed war against Global Terrorism. Does he expect them to behave as good boys for the favor?
At the same time, Colin Powell of the State Department is continuing to threaten Israel to cease her attacks on Terror on the theory the Arab terrorist nations will not join the Coalition against Terror. But, Israel is the one State in the world with the most experience in fighting Terror. Since America has virtually eliminated its onground HUMINT (Human Intelligence), that leaves Israel as our only reliable source to penetrate the Terrorists movements.
The rats of subversion are scrambling about trying to hide their pasts. The terrorist nations are sending in condolences. Arafat is seen on TV giving his contaminated blood; Iran is expressing sympathy; Iraq is telling us not to be excessive in our response; Libya’s Moammar Gadhafi has expressed shock; Syria’s Bashar al Assad (whose nation bombed our Embassy and murdered our Marines in Lebanon) expressed sadness; the Hezb Allah terror group (run by Iran, hosted in Lebanon, supplied by Syria) is sending a message of condolence. Each knows who they are and what they have done. Even Saudi Arabia, who knows how much money and support it has given to terrorists for years, expresses condolences. We just heard from Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Fruits of Islam, who traveled to Libya to accept $1 million dollars from Kadaffi. Farrakhan as a black Muslim urged restraint in attacking the terrorists.
We Americans have a job to do. We must first clean house of all the Islamists brought into this country. We must clean out the State Department and all those involved in enabling America to become a nest of Islamic subversion. For once, a dithering Congress must pull itself together and do the job. Making speeches and shedding crocodile tears for the cameras will no longer suffice. We do not need fake hearings that last forever and end with exposing nothing.
We have been penetrated and attacked both from without and from within. If we do not do these things now, you can be assured our cities will be targeted and our free, democratic society will be no more.
Let the Media think about this:
After all the puffery and speeches, would you agree that, if Bin Laden is given up by the Taliban, the hunt will stop and the world-wide network of terrorists will be left alone and intact. America will go back to sleep and the Media will concentrate on the 10 year trial to follow. We will not disturb our relationships with terrorist nations or the oil nations who provide funds to terrorist organizations.
Do not be surprised to hear that Bin Laden has been assassinated so there is no longer any purpose in attacking Afghanistan.
And, above all, we will not have exposed those in government, past and present, who made it possible for radical Islamists to enter our country (and others in the free world) to establish murder cells.
Remember: every Muslim is not a terrorist but, every terrorist has been a Muslim.
