Website Update

This week's update is chock full of fun loving Hillary bashing, new music and other things near and dear to my heart (such as short plaid skirts).

Kelly Fitzgerald's New CD
Soulful country songstress releases her latest CD. I never get to see Kelly live. I'm on the east coast, she's on the west coast. Such a tease. But now I have something tangible to look forward to.

Hillary Doing the Right Thing?
And now if we can get her more fanatic followers to do the same. I've heard from several groups of more militant Clintonians that, if Hillary lost the nomination, they would vote for McCain. Why? To teach us a lesson?

What is Hillary's Problem?
Refusing to concede even though the race is clearly over. WTF! She needs to stop fretting over her apparent need to rule the world and do the right thing for a change.

The Return of landspeedrecord!
Baltimore indie-punk faves return as a four piece. They have announced their return with an upcoming gig at Ottobar and their sixth CD tentatively titled 'Album #6'.

St. Andrews
Pining over the scotch that never was. Authentic Scottish pub (and Times Square haven) complete with vintage photos, Golf paraphernalia, flags and a cute staff in tartan plaid.

'Shut Up and Drink' by Rogue's March
Featured Song. Gravel-voiced crooner Joe Hurley and Rogue's March gave dark, smoky pubs this gem in the mid 90s. The smoke may be gone, but the sentiments ring true.

Tomorrow's June CD Release Party (Gallery)
Photos of a grand shindig celebrating new music from The Fave. Raunchy blues, hippie folk, Celtic ukulele, rock 'n roll and a circus clown making balloon things. These are the ingredients for a fun celebration.

Lisa and Nelson's Wedding
Who? Don't you worry about that. I know who they are. Catholics sure know how to build a pretty house for their God, as well as throw a solid sacred ceremony. Later, it was on to one very fun wedding.
