They landed a sweet opening spot for Helmet
It was a Tuesday … September 27, 2005 to be exact … and though I was not there … it is a night that made the Hoboken scene proud.
Our own High Speed Chase opened up for Helmet at Irving Plaza. Jaime from eugene and Greg from Butterspy stopped by the Goldhawk afterwards and expressed the feeling of pride and warmth they felt in watching our comrades up there kickin’ ass! Rock on!
Wednesday night they were at CBGB for what could be one of the last shows ever in the place. It was sold out.
