It was time for a chaotic breakfast. Pop’s Garage is the second location of what can only be described as cocina inside a surf shop. Bright colors and cool art adorned the walls and windows as the tiny place bustled to make what it can, as it can at times feeling like a keystones cops scene. I think they run out of things a lot here, but that’s OK. To me that is a mark of popularity and freshness.
I had the Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese sandwich. I can’t vouch for the Mexican food. I’ve heard mixed reviews, but everyone here today was happy. They also offer up some vegetarian fare for those who suffer from meat intolerance.
