My good friend Nelson Pla of the band clueLess had been talking for some time now about doing something special for his birthday this year. More than just a show, he also wanted it to mean something. He thought … benefit show.

He contacted the Global Fund for Women, an international network committed to a world of equality and social justice. They advocate for and defend women’s human rights by making grants to support women’s groups around the world.

Of course this would not be a show without the music. So Nelson got on the horn and gathered a bunch of great bands and very special guest musicians. Trust me, this is not a night you want to miss. Check the details below. Just look at who he’s got lined up already. And rumor has it, there’s more to come.
