Time to find a Zen moment in the madness
Ya know what is amazingly relaxing? Listening to Brian Eno’s “Ambient I: Music for Airports” while gazing at the Lava lamp on my desk. My lovely friend Deborah recently gave me the lamp and I just set it up today.
It was taking a while for it to actually ‘lava’ but just when my mp3 player got to Eno, it started doin’ its thang. Oh if only I were stoned right now.
Instead, I will shut my door and my lights and just drift away for a little while. I hope I don’t have any meetings scheduled.
