I didn't make that up ... it was on the invite
My good friend Liz Hartman, Director of Events for Ava Lounge in NYC, invited me to the unveiling of their new caterer called Sebastians. Everything was simply amazing. I can't even remember everything I ate. Uniquely presented trays...
Ok so I had absolutely no plans to go out last night. In fact I had even called my friends to tell them as much. However I had been sleeping all day fighting off what I thought was a cold but am now convinced is just nasty allergies. So by 10:30 or so I was restless. I was on the phone wit...

I've noticed something very interesting. It's something that happens on any vacation. Lack of sleep is no longer an issue. Now I'm a born insomniac. I can never sleep thru the night. ...

It's about 6:00 AM here in Ireland, but still 1:00 AM to my body. I didn't sleep a wink, nor am I tired now. Some of us are already discussing plans to nap away the inevitable jet lag....
My trip began with a leisurely couple of slices at Molfetta's in Hoboken. Not my favorite pizza, but convenient. I would later learn to appreciate it more....
