A sweltering day of good music and good friends
The time had come for the bi-annual ‘Party @ Pla’. We had hoped for nice weather, but no one expected Cliffside Park NJ to be so swiftly transported to the tropics. Still there we were, sweating, eating noodle salad, drinking (as cold as we could get) beverages and having a great time.
Brothers Nelson and Josep Pla open their recording studio ‘Sessons @ Pla’ twice a year to revelers in part as a marketing method, but more so as a way to just have a party. The music today was provided by David Calamoneri, Jon D’Angelo, clueLess and Surefire Broadcast. The noodle salad came from their mom.
When the sun went down and the earth cooled to a blustery 85°, those that remained entertained ourselves with word games and ate cake.
