Bassist Gregory McLoughlin made a name for himself on the jam band scene as part of the legendary BuzzUniverse. That’s when we met, many (many) moons ago. Based in Jersey City NJ, he continues to delight fans as a solo artist. He’s done over 260 Monday Live Streams and often collaborates with other talented area musicians. He’s also started a weekly summer residency at Symposia Bookstore in Hoboken.
McLoughlin recently posted a simple request on Facebook. He asked if everyone could stream his song ‘Hemispheres’ this weekend. Originally released in 2024, the song is a delightful, country flavored tune. Pleasing vocal harmonies pair nicely with gentle drums, twangy guitar and flowing bass. Evocative lyrics take us on a trip thru summertime fantasies.
So, let’s stream it this weekend and beyond. Plus check out his other tunes.
