An interim home for displaced musicians
July 14, 2009: As The Peoples Open Mic struggles to find a home for the music scene that thrived at The Goldhawk, Bill Hamilton of beelmedia has opened the doors to this large (and I mean large) production loft here in Hoboken.
There was cold PBR (of the byob sort), plenty of great music, Maggie the Dog kept us smiling and — for some odd reason — a portion of our group broke into impromptu gymnastics. It was a fun night indeed.
