We can’t have a show without the performers
As important as our beneficiary (Global Fund for Women) is to GFW 2010, we could not do it with out the talent of our players. So, here are the talented folks who’ll be playing GFW2010 at Maxwell’s in Hoboken, NJ on April 8. 2010:
Julian Peterson is a very talented singer/songwriter who can channel the passion of old-school blues and soul.
clueLess will lend their middle-eastern, rock, latin and jazz rhythms to a set of reworked favorites (mostly from The Beatles’ “Revolver”). Their specially-formed All-Star Jam Band will include the talents of:
- Nelson Pla (clueLess): Drums
- Joe Pla (clueLess): Guitar
- Jeff Slate (The Badge): Guitar
- Rob Simpson (Kagero): Bass
- Allison Tartalia (singer/songwriter): Keyboards
-
Plus Special Guests:
- Brian Hardgroove (Public Enemy): Bass/Drums
- Steve Holley (Paul McCartney, Elton John, Ian Hunter): Drums
- Scott Sherratt (Mindless Thinkers): Guitar/Vocals
- Lloyd Gold (Lloyd United): Ukulele, Vocals
- Gerry Perlinski (Singer/Songwriter): Guitar, Vocals
- David Ribyat (Las Vandelays): Accordion, Vocals
- Stacy Weidenmuller (Las Vandelays): Guitar, Vocals

And the List is Growing!
But wait, there’s more: Both Elaine of Infernophonic and Julian Peterson will be joining in the jam in addition to their own sets of music.
Infernophonic blends hard rock and funk into a powerful punch that will blow you off your feet and smack you into the back wall … but in a good way.
